Ashley was contacted to assist with basic command training for my little dog, Teddy. We worked out an easy to follow program, that suited my personal needs. She worked with my schedule, and addressed the expectations I had of Teddy's training. We were given an outline of our program, tonnes of useful information about the techniques being applied and even a personal report of Teddy's breed and temperment. Week by week I saw improvement in my stubborn little pup's behaviour. He now heels properly, sits on command, stays, lies down, and she even had him learn back, down and to sit pretty. Our personal program only took 4 weeks to complete, of course with some effort on our part! My experience was professional, organized and effective, but of course she was sensitive to our needs, fun to work with and very relaxed. I would recommend her to anyone I know with a new puppy, and will be contacting her if our needs ever change in the future!
